If you are feeling tired, sore, tight, or overwhelmed, then the studio will be your new best friend.

Do you offer more than Yoga?

Yes, the studio offers more than just yoga. While yoga is a significant part of what we do, we understand that it may not be for everyone. That's why we offer a range of sessions tailored to meet you where you are on your wellness journey. From Pilates to trigger point therapy, foam rolling, meditation, core and balance classes, we provide a variety of practices to nourish your mind, body, and soul. What is the Altitude Fitness Armidale & Soul Studios Relationship?

Both studios share the same founder, Ali Flynn and are conveniently located next door to each other at 171 Rusden Street- otherwise referred to as Head Quarters.

Altitude Fitness Armidale (AFA), focuses on fitness, encompassing strength, cardio, boxing, cycling, and swimming.

In contrast, Soul Studio centres around yoga, pilates, meditation, and breathwork.

Many individuals opt for unlimited classes across both studios for a comprehensive wellness experience. The combined membership is $65 per week. If you're interested in learning more or discussing your options, click contact us and get in touch.

Which classes do you recommend for a beginner?

This is our most commonly asked question. Generally, our yoga flow and Pilates classes are more challenging and involve a lot of movement up and down from the floor. If you have mobility issues, feel nervous, or prefer to start with more gentle classes, we recommend:

Beginners Yoga

Yin Yoga

Stretch

Meditation

Breathwork

Mobcore

These classes provide a gentler introduction and are great for easing into your practice.

What is the difference between Yoga and Pilates?

Yoga and Pilates are both excellent practices for enhancing physical and mental well-being, but they differ in their approaches and focuses.

Yoga is a practice that emphasises connecting the mind, body, and spirit. It often involves a series of postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. Yoga aims to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief.

Pilates on the other hand, is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving posture, and enhancing overall body awareness. Pilates helps improve strength, coordination, and muscular endurance, with a particular emphasis on core strength.

In summary, while both Yoga and Pilates offer numerous benefits for the body and mind, Yoga focuses more on wholistic well-being and connecting with oneself, while Pilates is more focused on physical conditioning and core strength.

How long are the sessions?

All sessions are 45 minutes unless stated otherwise. We strive to provide a comprehensive and efficient wellness experience within this timeframe. If there are any variations in duration for specific sessions, it will be clearly communicated.

How do I book in sessions?
