Teen Yoga, launching January 2025, is more than just a yoga program—it’s a pathway to confidence, connection, and emotional wellbeing. In a fast-paced world dominated by screens, this program offers teens the chance to unplug and reconnect with themselves in a safe, welcoming environment.
Pilates Barre & Kids Yoga teacher
Mim has been working with children and teens for over 25 years, combining her background as a primary teacher since 2014 with her passion for movement and wellness.
Her journey into the world of movement began as a Pilates client, where she discovered a love for the practice that inspired her to become a certified Pilates Barre Instructor through Barre Body Training in 2022.
She expanded her expertise by completing a Stretch Course in 2023, and her dedication to helping others move better has only grown. With a Kids Yoga Teacher Training certification from Zenergy Kids Yoga, Mim also brings her extensive experience with children and teens into her practice, combining her movement expertise with her deep understanding of child development.
Her warm, nurturing approach makes her classes a safe and supportive space for kids and adults alike.
