Ease into your weekend with this restorative 6:30am Saturday class designed to melt away tension and stiffness. Using foam rollers, trigger point techniques, and deep stretching, you’ll release tight muscles and improve mobility. It’s the perfect weekly reset—leave feeling lighter, looser, and ready to move through your weekend with ease.
Exhale the week with this soothing 4.15pm Friday afternoon stretch class. Designed to release built-up tension, you’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and let go of the mental and physical weight of the week. Leave feeling spacious, relaxed, and ready to flow into your weekend with ease.
