Your Facilitators

Rebecca Passey

With over 30 years in an on-and-off relationship with yoga, Bec completed her first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2006 with Radiant Light Yoga, and undertook further training through Power Yoga Canberra and Power Living Australia Yoga. Over the past few years, she has designed and facilitated accredited 200hr yoga teacher training, yin yoga training and various professional development courses for teachers, also offering mentoring support to yoga teachers.

Bec has a strong interest in trauma-informed practices and areas, bringing practices that are accessible to a range of people. She has a deep curiosity around accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness – through mediums such as breathwork, yoga nidra and cold water immersion. Bec facilitates programs, workshops, training and retreats – working with a range of modalities within and outside of the yoga space.

She has a broad background including from the government, legal, not-for-profit, and higher education sectors and co-founded the Highlands End-of-Life Project – a local initiative that provides education, resources and support with end-of-life preparation and after-death care.

Ali Flynn

Ali is the founder of three thriving companies—Soul Studio, Altitude Fitness Armidale, and Tri Altitude Performance—and the host of the internationally chart-topping podcast
"Challenges That Change Us". As a peak performance coach and a trained facilitator in yoga, Pilates, and breathwork, Ali combines her expertise in psychology, trauma counseling, and business strategy to empower individuals in building resilience, balance, and self-awareness. Through Soul Studio’s Yoga Teacher Training program, she integrates mindful movement, emotional balance, and breathwork to guide participants in deepening their practice and inspiring others. Ali’s compassionate approach and dedication to holistic wellness make her a transformative mentor for those on the path to teaching.
